Failed to Load Frame from File

Problem

Zivid Studio에서 ZDF 파일을 열거나 SDK에서 로드하면 다음 메시지가 출력됩니다.

오류

파일에서 프레임 로드 실패: <Path/to/file.zdf>

파일에서 프레임을 로드하지 못했습니다.

Possible cause

You are trying to open a ZDF file from SDK version 2.6.0 or newer in SDK version 2.5 or older. The underlying format of .zdf files has changed in SDK version 2.6.0.

Possible solutions

  1. Upgrade Zivid Software 를 통해 SDK 2.6 이상으로 변환하고 ZDF 파일을 엽니다.

  2. SDK 버전 2.5 이상을 사용해야 하는 경우 해당 SDK 버전을 사용하여 포인트 클라우드를 다시 캡처합니다.
