数据电缆

Zivid 电缆选项

• 5 米、10 米和 25 米 CAT-6A 以太网电缆

小技巧

90 度弯角连接器与 Zivid On-Arm Mount 非常契合。

电缆可以直接连接到计算机上的网卡端口，也可以通过适配器或网络交换机连接。

对于至多至 100 米的长度需求，请使用更长的第三方 CAT-6A 电缆或网络交换机作为有源延长器/中继器与另一条第三方 CAT-6A 以太网电缆一起使用。

小心

避免使用母头对母头或其他无源以太网扩展。

使用建议

遵循以下准则可获得最佳性能：

• 使用前检查电缆是否损坏或是否出现错误。

• 仅使用 Zivid 认可的以太网电缆。

• 确保所有连接器都已完全拧紧，以确保防水 IP 等级。

• 将相机安装在机器人上时，建议使用 应力消除装置 来保护连接器。

Robot Internal Wiring

警告

We do not recommend using robot internal wiring for camera data.

Using robot wiring for data is entirely the sole responsibility of the customer.

For camera data, we strongly recommend using a Zivid approved Ethernet cable. Robot internal wiring is likely not specified for the CAT-6A standard that the camera's high-bandwidth data connection requires. The camera may therefore not perform reliably, or it may not work at all.
