The table below shows recommended PC specs from High-End to Low-End grades. The expected capture speed increases from the bottom row to the top row. All grades use an Intel i5 CPU, an Intel UHD 630/750/770 (or Jetson AGX Orin/Orin NX) integrated GPU, and 16 GB DDR4 RAM; the table below shows what varies by grade. Prices and part numbers reflect availability at the time of writing; check current pricing and specs with the vendor. Once you have chosen hardware, see GPU 要件 for the driver each GPU option needs.

Several of the newer systems below are graded High-End based on their dedicated-GPU capability, not their network speed. Some of these ship with 2.5 GigE networking rather than 10 GigE; if you need 10 GigE, confirm an add-in network card option with the supplier.
The PC budget is best spent first on the components in the table. If the budget is higher, spend the rest roughly in this order:
Upgrading the GPU to RTX 4500 Ada or similar

For Zivid, it is not worth upgrading the CPU or RAM before getting a 10 GigE network card and a dedicated GPU. However, that can be different when your machine vision software comes into the equation.

In this section, we discuss what to consider when selecting an industrial PC. To avoid being vague, we run this thought process on an example IPC. One such high-performance Industrial PC with specs that we recommend is the Advantech MIC-770-20A1. The specific models and part numbers mentioned below are examples current as of this writing and can be superseded over time; check the supplier's site for current availability. Some alternative suppliers of industrial PCs are Wecow, OnLogic, and ADLINK. ADLINK has good options for low-power consumption DC-powered PCs suitable for mobile platforms.
Advantech MIC-770-20A1 IPC is compact and fanless, which is beneficial for industrial conditions. However, for many applications fanned PCs will do. The ambient temperature range of this PC is from -10 to 50 °C. This is another aspect to consider based on your application requirements.
CPU

Zivid offloads the heavy point-cloud processing to the GPU, so the CPU is rarely the bottleneck for the capture itself. A faster CPU (higher clock speed) or more cores therefore gives little improvement to Zivid capture and processing times on its own. The reason to spend on the CPU is your own machine vision software (detection, matching, path planning), which often runs on the CPU and can benefit from both higher clock speed and more cores. Size the CPU based on that software, not on Zivid.

GPU
One of the benefits of this particular IPC is that it is compatible with optional expansion modules, such as a dual GPU Expansion Module MIC-75G30-00A2. A High-End dedicated GPU is what makes this IPC high-performance. We recommend a professional-grade Nvidia RTX Ada generation GPU, such as the RTX 4000 Ada, or the RTX 2000 Ada to cut the cost a bit. The equivalent older RTX A-series cards (for example the RTX A4000 or RTX A2000) also work, but are being phased out. We recommend professional grade because the manufacturer guarantees stability and reliability. Often, the space inside an industrial PC is tight. Therefore, it is important to confirm with the supplier that it is possible to fit both the network card and the GPU.

RAM
最低でも 16 GB の DDR4 RAM(例:SQR-SD4N16G2K6SNCB)を推奨します。
Zivid itself uses little memory: with most presets a capture with a single camera peaks at less than 700 MB of system memory and video memory. More RAM does not speed up Zivid capture or processing; the 16 GB recommendation leaves headroom for the operating system, your machine vision software, and for running several cameras on the same PC. Scale the amount up if your own software is memory-hungry or if you connect many cameras.
Faster memory matters most when you rely on an integrated GPU. An integrated GPU has no dedicated video memory and shares the system RAM, so its processing speed depends on the memory bandwidth. With a dedicated GPU the data is processed in the GPU's own video memory, and system memory speed has little effect on Zivid performance.
