Standard Acquisition Settings for Zivid Two
In this article we explain where to use the standard acquisition settings and what they cover.

These Settings are NOT equivalently well suited for Zivid One+ cameras.
Single Acquisition Settings by Scene
ZividTwo_Settings_SuperBright.yml
Specular highlight acquisition, getting data in very bright regions (direct reflections).
ZividTwo_Settings_Bright.yml
Bright (“white”) objects dominating the scene.
ZividTwo_Settings_Normal.yml
Normal / Mid-point – a typical scene.
ZividTwo_Settings_Dark.yml
Dark (“black”) objects dominating the scene.
ZividTwo_Settings_SuperDark.yml
“Super dark” – might be necessary for very dark objects at long ranges or extremely absorptive materials.
Single Acquisition Settings by Speed
ZividTwo_Settings_UltraFast.yml
The fastest settings we can provide, including basic filters. For a scene somewhere between Normal and Bright.
ZividTwo_Settings_Fast.yml
Same as the fastest settings, but with all filters enabled.
Multiple Acquisition (HDR) Settings
ZividTwo_Settings_2xHDR_Normal.yml
2xHDR medium dynamic range, for most scenes.
ZividTwo_Settings_3xHDR_Best.yml
3xHDR high dynamic range, for all scenes.
ZividTwo_Settings_5xHDR_Super.yml
5xHDR high dynamic range, with increased confidence. For all scenes, where capture time is not a limiting factor.
