Software Upgrade

To upgrade Zivid on Windows, uninstall the current version first, then follow the normal installation steps. To upgrade Zivid on Ubuntu, follow the normal installation steps.

Windows

To ensure that all components are properly updated, perform the following before the normal installation.

1. On your PC, navigate to Control Panel → Uninstall a program.

2. Uninstall Zivid Software.

3. Uninstall TeliCamSDK (x64).

4. Restart your PC.

Now follow the normal installation steps in Install Zivid on Windows.

Ubuntu

Follow the normal installation steps in Install Zivid on Ubuntu.
